Digitization of the Topographic Atlas

Your objective: Develop an interactive, digital version of Visio’s tactile topographic large-scale atlas, suitable for desktop computers or iPads. The current atlas allows users to learn location positions through touch, such as understanding that Groningen is north of Zwolle and south of the North Sea. It helps students grasp geographic context. The digital concept should preserve this experiential learning method and expand it with interactive quiz options to allow students to test their knowledge.

Challenge: Retaining the tactile experience in a digital form. This means both the sensory experience and the learning assessment functionality need to be translated digitally.
